Bad hair day is right. You have some schmutz in your hair...and you have this strange growth on your right shoulder. It looks like a girl's head, if you ask me.
I still think that you would be happier visiting places in America with PEOPLE. Like, go to Vegas or Salt Lake City and punk Mormons (they definitely won't know the capital of Delaware)...
