My dear friends----I was going to take Toby to task about his comments about teachers---but considering that his brains all turned to "mush" from lack of edible food [protein] it wouldn't be fair to attack what looks like a homeless--straggley haired street urchin who has forgotten that his ever loving A.Pat has two grandchildren starting with A---my artist Amber---[I will tell her not to draw anything for you] and the princess Katie who I am going to train to cry whenever you come into the room---as a matter of fact Lauren learned it well and certainly can tutor her---Lauren who is about to become the newest schoolteacher---you better start your apologies now---A.Pat

And Tob, it's wonderful to see how your face lights up when you see Sonia. Give her a big kiss for me when you get to Portland!
I think you're smart to enjoy these last couple of days on your own. If you can take everyday and find the good things in it, then I think you're doing pretty well.
I know you'll be thrilled to reach Portland and see Sonia again. Just think of her time on the road with you as an appetizer. And you, being you, I just picture Cartman saying "... must... have... appetizer!"
